I like to call myself a coffee-addicted engineer—this all started when I bottled espresso for my girlfriend, a small experiment that grew into Saja Drinks. I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a certificate in Programming and Computation, training that grounds me in first-principles problem solving.

Brian is the owner of Bird Bird Biscuit, one of Austin’s most celebrated restaurants. With more than a decade of barista experience, he is piloting our espresso sales using a blend he refined over seven years. His expertise ensures Saja remains rooted in authentic café craft while scaling.
